Our Hiring Process
OREDATA has developed a comprehensive and meticulous hiring process to attract and select top talent. Here are our stages:
1 – Application Submission
Applications through the company’s website or Linkedin.
2 – Resume Screening
The OREDATA People&Culture team reviews the submitted resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the criterias. After shortling P&C team get in touch with the our potential new coworkers for phone screening.
3 – Technical Assessment
Depending on the role, OREDATA may conduct technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in specific areas. This can involve coding challenges, case studies, or practical exercises designed to gauge their practical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
4 – Interviewing
Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews, which may involve multiple rounds and different interview formats. These interviews can include phone or video interviews, technical assessments, and in-person meetings. OREDATA aims to assess candidates’ technical skills, problem-solving abilities, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values and goals.
5 – Reference Checks
OREDATA may conduct reference checks to verify the information provided by candidates and gather insights from previous employers or colleagues regarding their work performance and professional conduct.
6 – Final Evaluation and Offer
After completing the interview and assessment stages, OREDATA evaluates each candidate’s overall fit for the role and the organization. If a candidate successfully meets the required criteria and demonstrates a strong match, an offer may be extended, outlining details such as compensation, benefits, and start date.
