What is a cookie?

In this Policy, the term “cookie” also covers other tracking technologies performing a similar function, such as pixels, tags and local storage.

Personal data processed through cookies
Through cookies, the following are processed by automated means: transaction security information (IP address, browser and device information, session ID), site usage information (pages visited, duration of visit, click movements, referring source) and preference information (language, region and cookie preferences).
Transfer of cookie data
Data collected through third-party cookies are shared with the relevant analytics and advertising platforms. A significant portion of these platforms are established abroad.
In this context, your personal data are transferred abroad on the basis of the standard contract announced by the Personal Data Protection Board within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. If you do not consent to cookies other than strictly necessary cookies, this transfer does not take place.
How can you manage your cookie preferences?
- Through the “Cookie Settings” link, which is always accessible on our site, you can change your preferences on a per-category basis and withdraw the consent you have given.
- From the settings section of your browser, you can delete or block cookies, or have a warning shown before a cookie is placed. If you block cookies completely through your browser settings, some parts of the site may not function properly.
- Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.
Your rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our Company you have the right to: (a) learn whether your personal data are processed, (b) request information if they have been processed, (c) learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (ç) know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom they are transferred, (d) request rectification if they are processed incompletely / inaccurately, (e) request their erasure or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK, (f) request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom they have been transferred, (g) object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment by means of analysis exclusively through automated systems, and (ğ) claim compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to their unlawful processing.
